Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately. (Al registrarse en nuestro sitio acepta los términos y condiciones aquí descritos. Quien no esté de acuerdo con éstos términos deberá dar de baja su cuenta de forma inmediata).2) Payments to members are processed through the buttons provided in the corresponding area inside the site. We dont support other payment systems except for Genius Funds Internal transfer for downline affiliates which needs to be requested through a Support Ticket right after requesting payment. All payments will be manual and processed within the term specified for each membership type. The maximum payout amount, percentage ratio and waiting time between cashouts is restricted by membership type which you can check in the UPGRADE ACCOUNT link on the left hand side menu. You may only request one payout at a time. For more information please check the Forum (Los pagos de comisiones a los miembros se hacen a travez de los botones en el área correspondiente. No utilizamos otros medios de pago excepto por Transferencias internas de Fondos Genius que debe ser solicitado por medio de un Ticket de Soporte inmediatamente después de solicitar el pago por cualquiera de los procesadores automatizados. Todos los pagos se realizan de forma manual dentro del periódo espcífico para la membresía. El monto máximo de cobro, el porcentaje de cobro y el tiempo de espera entre cobros está restringido de acuerdo al tipo de membresía lo cual puede ser checado en el link de UPGRADE ACCOUNT del menú de la izquierda. 3) Due to high volume of fraud we will only pay to Verified Paypal and Alerpay Personal-Pro or higher accounts with no exceptions. (Debido al alto índice de fraude solo haremos pagos a cuentas Verificadas de Paypal o Alertpay Personal-Pro sin excepciones).
4) We are not responsable for system failure nor advertisements published by our partners. (No somos responsables por fallas en el sistema ni por la publicidad de nuestros patrocinadores).
5) You are allowed to have one account per IP address, email address or person. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. (Se permite solo una cuenta por dirección IP, correo electrónico y/o persona. Si intenta crear otra cuenta todas sus cuentas serán dadas de baja y perderá todas sus ganancias).
6) Anyone with more than 50% of their direct referrals from the same country will be subject to investigation, if the I.P. or MAC address of those referrals repeat, account will be suspended, I.P. will be banned and all earnings will be forfeited. (Cualquiera con más del 50% de sus referidos directos pertenecientes al mísmo país será analizado. Si el I.P. o dirección MAC de esos referidos se repite la cuenta será suspendida, el I.P. restringido y todas las ganancias canceladas).
7) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering. (we dont recommend hotmail but if you insist on using it you may need to check your SPAM folder) Se requiere una dirección de correo electrónico válida para poder registrarse. (No recomendamos hotmail pero si insisten en usarlo por favor revisen su correo No Deseado)
8) Auto-click software of any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice. (El uso de cualquier programa de auto-click o sistema que intente modificar o controlar el sitio queda estrictamente prohibido. Si se detecta dicho comportamiento la cuenta será cancelada sin aviso).
9) Your upline cannot be changed, please verify you have the correct sponsor before accepting TOS in your registration. (No se puede cambiar el sponsor, favor de verificarlo antes de aceptar los Términos y Condiciones durante el registro).
10) We hold the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system. We dont tolerte negative publicity nor any kind of offensive material on our site nor outside with reference to our site. (Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la cuenta en casos cómo, aunque no limitados a; Spamming, hacer trampa y uso en deterioro del sistema. No toleramos publicidad negativa ni material ofensivo tanto dentro cómo fuera del sitio).
11) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination. (Todos los pagos son no-reembolsables. Cualquier disputa o desconocimiento de cargo causará cancelación inmediata de la cuenta).
12) We have the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to errors in the system. (Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar la información de la cuenta y/o el saldo en caso de errores del sistema).
13) Rented referrals will have a 30 day period and you will be able to extend them before they expire for a lower price than a new rent. Only referrals that have been active within the last 2 days will be available for rent. We can not guarantee a referrals performance but you have the option to recycle him for a low fee if he is not working as hard as you wish. (Los referidos rentados tienen una duración de 30 días y pueden ser renovados antes de expirar por un precio menor al de una nueva renta. Solo aquellos referidos activos en los últimos 2 días estarán disponibles para renta y aunque no podemos garantizar su desempeño es posible reciclarlos por un cuota mínima).
14) If you wish to be paid you must post payment proof on the Forum after the first payment for al subsequent payments. If you don't comply with this rule your cashout request will go to your Purchase Balance and you will not get it back. (Si deseas cobrar debes forzosamente poner prueba de pago en el foro después del primer pago y en todos los subsecuentes si no cumples con esta regla tu siguiente pago será enviado al balance de compra y no será recuperable)
15) If you request payout with a Genius Funds I.D. that doesn't belong to our downline your payment will be refunded the first time so you may revise your account. The second time this happens your money will be sent to your Purchase Balance and you will not be able to get it back. (Si solicitas un pago por Fondos Genius con un I.D. que no pertenezca a nuestros afiliados éste será reembolsado la primera vez para que puedan revisar su cuenta. Si sucede de nuevo, el dinero será enviado a su Balance de Compra y no podrá ser recuperado.)
16) Accounts are personal and can't be sold, rented, inherited or any other way of transference of domain. If we detect this kind of activity the account will be suspended and the user banned from our site. (Todas las cuentas son personales y no pueden ser vendidas, rentadas, heredadas o trasladado su dominio en forma alguna. Si detectamos este tipo de actividad la cuenta será suspendida y el usuario vetado de nuestra comunidad)
17) Inactive accounts will be deleted after 1 month. All earnings will be lost if this happens. (Cuentas inactivas serán borradas después de 1 mes y todas las ganancias se perderán)
