PTCbay Red Alert

Be very careful. When a site says it's got a new Admin it will very probably turn into SCAM. They lowered their PPC but also made the memberships extremely low. This suggests that they're trying to get as much money out of the site as they possibly can before they shut it down. The new Alertpay account they're using isn't verified so it would be a bad idea to invest since it also became a maual payment system instead of the automatic system previously used. They stopped using paypal and that usually means that they don't want their account suspended if too many members start disputes because of the fraud they are experiencing. So, beware, these are too many red blinking lights.

Tengan cuidado.

I am doing so, I'm going to pay for an upgrade and keep working and if everything goes well I'll let you all know and we can delete PTCbay from the SCAM list. Meanwhile it's still on yellow alert.

Well yesterday I purchased the ultimate membership and rented referrals. I'm posting proof of these actions. I will request payout and we will see what this is all about. What I did notice though is that the admin is renting referrals that have been inactive for over a week so I don't recommend renting. Quite probably you'll end up with 50% inactive referrals right away.

$4 USD in one day is quite good.

Today I sent the admin a Support ticket because I requested a payout on the 16th and he replied within the hour that I should checkout THE FORUM..

If by any chance he decided to delete my comment, this is what I posted.
Well, I think that the promise of "catching up" without any time frame specified is too vague to be considered a promising future. The sole fact that you are asking us to INVEST without honouring the TOS and the times specified in the UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP page can really be taken as an effort to scam people. The other thing that seems to indicate that you're planning on scamming your members is that Paypal can be disputed and your Alertpay account is new and hasn't been Verified. It seems as if you're trying to take some of the money you've lost "former admin" by using a "new admin" to blame for the future of this site. I believe that your way of doing things is not quite transparent thus not trustful. Maybe you should show us how many payouts are pending, how much they ascend to and you could do so by placing a video of the control panel where you can show us the WEBSITE STATISTICS area. As you may see I have invested in your site and all my followers are just watching what happens with me and my cashouts in order to invest themselves. Greetings and my best wishes.

P.S. I don't mean to sound harsh, all my comments are only to let you know what my people about what can be seen from this end of the web.

We'll see what happens next.

It's still yellow alert. I've been told I would be paid this week so. We'll see about that.

The Admin received his payout yesterday. Hopefully he will update this with proof soon so everybody will see there is no need for members of PTCBay to be worried.
